The OMMDR32 is a heavy-duty automatic chuck tapping machine, made in Italy by SerrMac International, a manufacturer with over 75 years of precision machine-tool experience since 1950. It's the muscle of the MDR line, built for the heaviest tapping work up to M32.
Where the smaller MDR models use a mechanical variator, the MDR32 runs a robust 12-speed gearbox, delivering the torque and rigidity that large threads demand. The lead-screw chuck ("patrona") provides true rigid tapping, and automatic tapping cycles keep heavy production batches moving reliably.
Available in column or pedestal configuration and supplied with one chuck of your specification, the MDR32 is the machine for shops tapping large components and heavy fasteners day in, day out.
