Omni Machine Inc. is an industrial machinery dealer and authorized U.S. distributor located in Pomona, California. We sell new and used metalworking and fabrication equipment to machine shops, fabricators, manufacturers, and individual buyers.

2. Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, place an order, create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us, we may collect your name, company name, shipping and billing address, email address, telephone number, and details about the equipment you're interested in.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our servers and analytics tools automatically record your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits.
Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors and our e-commerce platform. We do not collect or store complete credit card numbers on our systems. We receive only limited transaction details — such as confirmation of payment, the last four digits of the card, and the billing name and address associated with the order — as needed to fulfill and account for your purchase.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including the life of your business relationship with us, and afterward as required to satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and warranty obligations. Quotation and transaction records are typically retained for at least seven years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or render it unidentifiable.

You may ask us to review, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details in Section 13 and tell us what you'd like changed. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you have an account, you can review and update much of your information by signing in and editing your account details.
To stop receiving marketing email, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing message, or contact us directly. We will still send you transactional messages relating to quotes, orders, and service.
Some information must be retained for legal, tax, or warranty reasons even after a deletion request.

10. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is currently no industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals. Our website does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where our platform supports them.
