The OMMDE20-CNC is a state-of-the-art CNC drilling and tapping machine, proudly made in Italy by SerrMac International, a company with over 75 years of expertise in manufacturing high-quality machinery since 1950. It's built for shops where thread accuracy and consistency aren't negotiable — and where the tapping station is what's holding up the line.
Two brushless motors — one driving spindle rotation, one driving spindle descent — interpolate continuously against a recirculating ball screw. There's no mechanical backlash to absorb, and encoders track position and speed through the entire cycle, so the machine knows where the tap is instead of assuming. The result is repeatable thread depth and pitch from the first part to the ten-thousandth.
Pair it with a rotary table for continuous-cycle processing and it handles both small-batch precision work and high-volume production. Industry 4.0-ready for integration into a connected shop floor.

Power and Installation
SerrMac's standard electrical build is European 400V three phase. An alternate-voltage electrical system is available as a factory option — tell us the voltage and phase your shop actually runs and we configure the machine before it ships. If your service won't support it, we'll quote a converter or transformer alongside the machine.
