SHIPPING:

Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Items above 149 lbs. must be shipped via freight carrier. Please contact us for freight quotes. All freight quotes are subject to change depending upon drop-off location. Freight carriers will assess an additional charge if delivery is made to a residential areas and/or if the services of a lift gate are required. If buyer arranges their own freight, please address any concerns or complaints to the freight company in question. Any claims must be initiated by the buyer.

Charges will be determined according to the size of the item. Please contact us so we may review the most cost-effective way to protect and expedite your shipment.

Orders weighing up to 25,000 Lbs. will be loaded onto a flatbed, drop deck, or double drop at NO CHARGE. Smaller (LTL) box van loads weighing up to 2,000 lbs. Will be loaded at NO CHARGE. Please contact Omni Machine Inc., to receive a quote for over weight/size machinery or special packaging.

WARRANTY:

All Used machinery comes with a 30-day parts & labor warranty unless otherwise stated in the description of the ad. Items that are described and advertised 'AS-IS' are NOT covered by this warranty and the buyer releases Omni Machine Inc. from any liability or claims related to such. All New machinery comes with the standard one (1) year manufacturer’s parts warranty and in some cases, a limited labor warranty.

Warranty will be VOIDED if damage occurs due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, faulty installation and/or natural disasters.
