Mistec’s Misting systems can be configured to maintain the most optimal climate inside greenhouses and garden centers of any dimension. Designed to be the solution to a problem that all growers face, low humidity and high temperatures. Our misting system works on a pressure of 1000 PSI (70 Bar) and it is designed to produce an environment that is appropriate for the most delicate crops (ex. the growing of young seedlings, the cultivation of tropical plants and in bloom plants) where it is not possible to use traditional spraying methods like standard spraying.

Using our Evolution-Time misting pump and 20” Vento Optimum fan kit, the benefits include increased general productivity, plant growth, constant humidity levels, and lower water consumption. Suitable for chemical spreading (fertilizers, insecticides). Although this systems is customized with 4 oscillating fans, it is capable of a being of 10 fan system. Featuring:

• QES: units supplied with QES low noise motors (Quiet Engine System) offer low consumption and ensure great reliability.
• BPS: all units are equipped with By-Pass System (built-in by-pass valve), recirculating the water inside the pump, lowering overheating risk. Fog systems driven by BPS fog pumps do not require any drain valves to empty the pipeline so that no water is wasted on the ground.
• TIME: all units supplied with digital timer allow to modulate the operation of the system, regulating the mist spray according to day–night cycles and therefore saving energy and water, obtaining an optimal ambient temperature.
