Omni Machine Inc. warrants the OMBPM-D Gantry Combined Drilling Oxy-Fuel / Plasma Cutting Machine against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment, whichever occurs first. This warranty covers parts and labor required to repair or replace components found to be defective. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, inadequate maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Consumable items such as cutting tips, drill bits, and filters are not covered under this warranty. To maintain warranty coverage, the machine must be installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Omni Machine Inc.'s specifications and instructions. Any unauthorized modifications or use of non-original parts will void this warranty. For warranty service or claims, please contact Omni Machine Inc.'s customer service department. Omni Machine Inc. reserves the right to inspect the machine before approving any warranty repair or replacement. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
