The main elements are constructed from "Meehanite GC275" castings, which have been annealed and stress-relieved for long-lasting accuracy and stability. The rib-reinforced box-type construction ensures high rigidity, while the Vee and flat ways for longitudinal movement and double Vee ways for cross movement, lined with "Turcite B" and precision hand-scraped, provide high accuracy and eliminate stick-slip. The automatic lubrication system continuously lubricates ways, vertical lead screw, bearings, and gears, ensuring smooth operation and reduced wear. The saddle lock feature and precision cross-feed ball screw allow for grinding slots with the highest performance without vibration. The machine is designed to be anti-dust and waterproof, protecting the ways and electric cabinets for consistent accuracy. The table hydraulic feed offers a speed range from 1 m/min to 25 m/min (3 FPM~ 83 FPM), and the automatic cross feed provides quick, smooth operation.
