HTS's new ECO-Skate® eMotion 40 allows the user to move the loads completely independent with capacities up to 40 ton without any pulling or pushing devices. It has state of the art electric engines and a radio remote control unit with HTS single joystick system. Steering and all other maneuvers are easy to handle and minimize mistakes by the user. It is powered by a modern 48 V, 60 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery technology with a running time of 5 hours. Fast and easy battery change while operation is possible due to easy access in the rear part. The advanced energy saving eMotion 40 Drive motor is fully digitally controlled by the eMotion 40 Drive Control eMDC3. The eMotion 40 offers an overall compact design and can be combined with any other ECO-Skate® XL with Nylon wheels with the same height of 7".
- HTS eMotion remote control function is as easy, as logical. The joystick radio remote control is controlled through a central joystick, forward, reverse, left or right. The speed regulator can be switched in two stages. There is an alert for the emergency stop switch. Reverse warning lights included on the remote control.
- The Eco-Skate eMotion Control is next to the drive, in this important port of control box the battery packs are added. All relevant displays and functions for starting are installed in the controller. In addition to the battery pack the two main components are the motor controllers, eMotion Drive Control – e M – DC3 and the radio receiver of the remote-control eMotion remote.
- Via plug, the motors are connected, thus the controller can be stored and transported separately simply by the two handles on the side.
