Product Features
The GS-C series is an integrated CNC fiber laser cutting system converging full-intelligence control, laser processing technology, and precision mechanical engineering into a unified multidisciplinary platform.
The main structure adopts a gantry-type dual-drive system with hollow bed design. Utilizing integrated mortise-tenon joints and plug welding technology, the bed frame effectively prevents deformation and precision degradation caused by thermal stress during cutting and heavy-load applications. The drive system and plate load-bearing system are designed separately, increasing bending stiffness by more than 50%.
The beam system uses a high-rigidity design with dual bus motors, featuring optimized design with exceptional overall rigidity, extreme deformation resistance, outstanding seismic resistance, and enhanced dynamic performance.
Core components undergo annealing heat treatment, primary machining on a 5-axis gantry center, secondary vibration stress-relief, and final holistic precision machining on the same 5-axis platform.
Telescoping workbench enables rapid material handling, cutting loading time by 52% while fulfilling automated cutting requirements. Auto-retracting front safety barrier prevents molten slag splatter during cutting, ensuring ISO 16090-compliant operator protection. Full-scale laser containment panels deliver multi-layered protection through integrated laser-blocking, explosion resistance, and flame suppression.

Installation & Commissioning:
GloryStar provides a complete Equipment Installation Guide prior to delivery based on the buyer's site conditions, specifying equipment orientation, power cable layout, and foundation layout diagram.
Prior to the agreed delivery date, the buyer must complete foundation construction, electrical conduit layout, and all preparatory work per the Installation Guide, ensuring all site conditions meet equipment installation requirements.
Upon arrival, the buyer and GloryStar's service engineer jointly inspect the equipment for appearance damage, impact, dents, or water exposure. Any transportation abnormalities must be documented with photos or video and reported immediately to GloryStar.
If no abnormalities are found, the buyer carries out unloading, hoisting, unpacking, and positioning per the Installation Guide. GloryStar's service engineer provides on-site guidance. All lifting and positioning must comply with standard safety procedures — improper or reckless operations are strictly prohibited.
After positioning, GloryStar's service engineer performs installation and commissioning per standardized procedures. The process is photographed and archived in GloryStar's customer service records.
Note: The buyer must assign personnel to be present during the entire installation and commissioning process to ensure proper understanding and familiarity with the equipment.
Warranty Period & Scope:
Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the equipment is installed, commissioned, and accepted.
During the warranty period, GloryStar will provide timely maintenance service and spare parts necessary for maintenance free of charge. Excludes protective lenses, nozzles, filters, and other wear/consumable spare parts.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Failures or damages caused by improper operation or violation of operating procedures
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly by the buyer
- Use of substandard gas (including incorrect pressure or purity)
- Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
After-Sales Service Commitment:
- Remote support response within 2 hours (phone or remote assistance)
- On-site service response within 24 hours (regions with GloryStar service centers)
- On-site service response within 48 hours (regions without service centers)
