Introducing the G-A Series Fiber Laser Tube Cutting Machine from GloryStar, offered exclusively through Omni Machine Inc. — a high-speed tube processing solution built for production shops cutting small-diameter round and square tubing. Available with 3 kW or 6 kW fiber laser power, the G-A is engineered around a dual-chuck design with a movable front chuck that cuts between both chucks to achieve short tail material — reducing scrap and maximizing material yield on every stick of tube you feed it. With positioning speeds up to 328 ft/min (100 m/min) and acceleration up to 1.5G, the G-A Series keeps cycle times short and throughput high.
Available in two configurations — the G12A handles round and square tube up to 4.7” (120mm), while the G16A steps up to 6.3” (160mm) — giving you the flexibility to match the machine to your shop’s tube size mix. Laser source options include Max, Raycus, or GloryStar-branded fiber lasers. Optional bundle or conveyor loading systems reduce manual handling and keep the machine running with minimal operator intervention.
GloryStar’s own servo motors, speed reducers, chucks, and cutting head are standard across the platform. The CNC system (Bochu/GloryStar) handles nesting, tube optimization, and all cut path programming through an intuitive interface. A semi-automatic loader is standard; full bundle loading and unloading are available as options. Channel, angle iron, and I-beam cutting capability can be added for shops that process open structural profiles.
