Introducing the GS-L Series Extra Large Format Fiber Laser from GloryStar, offered exclusively through Omni Machine Inc. — the biggest cutting platform in the GloryStar lineup, with formats from 13030 to 25035 and unlimited splicing length. Laser power from 12kW to 60kW. Dual table capacities up to 55 tons. Optional bevel cutting.

Standardized modular bed with infinite width extension. 300mm x 400mm welded steel crossbeam (not aluminum) processed after high-temperature annealing for maximum strength. Ships with transformer for U.S. 480V.

Product Features

The GS-L series is a precision CNC fiber laser cutting machine integrating full intelligent control, laser technology, and precision mechanics.

The main body uses a hollow bed with gantry-style double drive. The bed adopts a standardized and modular structure — bed length = N x standard module + splicing module, with unlimited customization of width and length. This effectively avoids deformation and accuracy loss from cutting heat and heavy loads. Drive and plate-bearing systems designed separately, greatly reducing thermal impact on bed accuracy.

The crossbeam adopts a low center-of-gravity design with a 300mm x 400mm large cross-sectional welded steel crossbeam (not aluminum), processed after high-temperature annealing. Compared with aluminum crossbeams, it has higher strength, rigidity, and bending/torsional resistance. Each joint has three mortise-and-tenon connections for accuracy retention, efficient installation, and high reliability.

Key components undergo annealing, 5-axis machining, vibration aging, and precision finishing. Modular workbench with single-module replacement. Optional bevel cutting with AB swing axis (±45°, V/Y/X groove types, one-time forming).

Installation & Commissioning:

GloryStar provides a complete Equipment Installation Guide prior to delivery based on the buyer's site conditions, specifying equipment orientation, power cable layout, and foundation layout diagram.

Prior to the agreed delivery date, the buyer must complete foundation construction, electrical conduit layout, and all preparatory work per the Installation Guide, ensuring all site conditions meet equipment installation requirements.

Upon arrival, the buyer and GloryStar's service engineer jointly inspect the equipment for appearance damage, impact, dents, or water exposure. Any transportation abnormalities must be documented with photos or video and reported immediately to GloryStar.

If no abnormalities are found, the buyer carries out unloading, hoisting, unpacking, and positioning per the Installation Guide. GloryStar's service engineer provides on-site guidance. All lifting and positioning must comply with standard safety procedures — improper or reckless operations are strictly prohibited.

After positioning, GloryStar's service engineer performs installation and commissioning per standardized procedures. The process is photographed and archived in GloryStar's customer service records.

Note: The buyer must assign personnel to be present during the entire installation and commissioning process to ensure proper understanding and familiarity with the equipment.

Warranty Period & Scope:

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the equipment is installed, commissioned, and accepted.

During the warranty period, GloryStar will provide timely maintenance service and spare parts necessary for maintenance free of charge. Excludes protective lenses, nozzles, filters, and other wear/consumable spare parts.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Failures or damages caused by improper operation or violation of operating procedures
  • Unauthorized modifications or disassembly by the buyer
  • Use of substandard gas (including incorrect pressure or purity)
  • Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, etc.)

After-Sales Service Commitment:
