Introducing the GS-HD Series Section Steel and Sheet Fiber Laser from GloryStar, offered exclusively through Omni Machine Inc. — a dual-purpose machine that cuts both flat sheet and structural steel sections (H-beams, I-beams, channel, T-beams, angle iron) on a single platform. Handles cutting, drilling, and chamfering on structural members up to 47" x 20" cross-section and 5 tons weight, with no length limitation. Also supports flat plate and bevel cutting.

Modular bed with unlimited extension. 300mm x 400mm welded steel crossbeam. Z-axis travel 33.5" (850mm) for tall structural sections. 12kW to 60kW. Ships with transformer for U.S. 480V.

Product Features

The GS-HD series is a precision CNC fiber laser cutting machine integrating full intelligent control, laser technology, and precision mechanics, designed for dual-purpose section steel and sheet processing.

The main body uses a hollow bed with gantry-style double drive and standardized modular structure with unlimited width extension. The 300mm x 400mm welded steel crossbeam is processed after high-temperature annealing for higher strength and rigidity than aluminum designs.

Two rotating axes (AC axis) drive the cutting head to rotate, enabling cutting of different surfaces of structural steel and groove cutting. The ACU axis integrates a follower axis for rapid response perpendicular to the machining surface.

Laser measuring device automatically measures actual size and placement deviation of steel sections, compensates automatically, and achieves high-precision cutting. The laser window has a protective cover that opens during measurement and closes during cutting.

CNC system is FSCUT9200, specifically developed for steel processing with simple operating interface. Includes nesting software that imports various 3D model formats and integrates seamlessly with TEKLA structural steel software.

Installation & Commissioning:

GloryStar provides a complete Equipment Installation Guide prior to delivery based on the buyer's site conditions, specifying equipment orientation, power cable layout, and foundation layout diagram.

Prior to the agreed delivery date, the buyer must complete foundation construction, electrical conduit layout, and all preparatory work per the Installation Guide, ensuring all site conditions meet equipment installation requirements.

Upon arrival, the buyer and GloryStar's service engineer jointly inspect the equipment for appearance damage, impact, dents, or water exposure. Any transportation abnormalities must be documented with photos or video and reported immediately to GloryStar.

If no abnormalities are found, the buyer carries out unloading, hoisting, unpacking, and positioning per the Installation Guide. GloryStar's service engineer provides on-site guidance. All lifting and positioning must comply with standard safety procedures — improper or reckless operations are strictly prohibited.

After positioning, GloryStar's service engineer performs installation and commissioning per standardized procedures. The process is photographed and archived in GloryStar's customer service records.

Note: The buyer must assign personnel to be present during the entire installation and commissioning process to ensure proper understanding and familiarity with the equipment.

Warranty Period & Scope:

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the equipment is installed, commissioned, and accepted.

During the warranty period, GloryStar will provide timely maintenance service and spare parts necessary for maintenance free of charge. Excludes protective lenses, nozzles, filters, and other wear/consumable spare parts.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Failures or damages caused by improper operation or violation of operating procedures
  • Unauthorized modifications or disassembly by the buyer
  • Use of substandard gas (including incorrect pressure or purity)
  • Force majeure events (earthquakes, floods, etc.)

After-Sales Service Commitment:
