Starting at 12kW and scaling to 40kW, the NS-CE is a production machine for structural steel, shipbuilding, heavy equipment, and large-scale fabrication operations that process plate up to 4 inches thick.

The NS-CE features GloryStar's patented dual-bed frame design (Patent No. ZL201821103166.6). The inner bed supports workbench weight and absorbs thermal deformation from ultra-high-power laser heating, while the outer bed carries the drive system independently. This increases bending stiffness by more than 50% and completely isolates thermal effects from positioning accuracy. The 160mm table-to-cutter height with 150mm support square tubes accommodates full-surface processing of plate up to 100mm (4") thick. Full servo control on the exchange table delivers millimeter-level positioning accuracy.

Available in three large-format sizes — 6025, 8025, and 12025. IP54 protection level. Ships with step-up transformer for standard U.S. 480V 3-phase 60Hz.

The main body features GloryStar's patented dual-bed frame design (Patent No. ZL201821103166.6). The inner bed supports workbench weight and absorbs thermal deformation from ultra-high-power laser heating. The outer bed carries the drive system independently. This dual-frame architecture completely isolates thermal effects from positioning accuracy and increases bending stiffness by more than 50%.

The crossbeam uses a low center-of-gravity structure with aerospace-grade 250mm x 250mm aluminum alloy profiles. The table-to-cutter height is 160mm with 150mm-tall support square tubes, accommodating full-surface processing of plate up to 100mm (4") thick.

Full servo control on the exchange table (Patent No. ZL202022283769.2) improves positioning accuracy to millimeter-level and reduces failure rates. All components undergo the full heat treatment, 5-axis machining, vibration aging, and precision finishing process.

Installation & Commissioning:

GloryStar provides a complete Equipment Installation Guide prior to delivery based on the buyer's site conditions, specifying equipment orientation, power cable layout, and foundation layout diagram.

Prior to the agreed delivery date, the buyer must complete foundation construction, electrical conduit layout, and all preparatory work per the Installation Guide, ensuring all site conditions meet equipment installation requirements.

Upon arrival, the buyer and GloryStar's service engineer jointly inspect the equipment for appearance damage, impact, dents, or water exposure. Any transportation abnormalities must be documented with photos or video and reported immediately to GloryStar.

If no abnormalities are found, the buyer carries out unloading, hoisting, unpacking, and positioning per the Installation Guide. GloryStar's service engineer provides on-site guidance. All lifting and positioning must comply with standard safety procedures — improper or reckless operations are strictly prohibited.

After positioning, GloryStar's service engineer performs installation and commissioning per standardized procedures. The process is photographed and archived in GloryStar's customer service records.

Note: The buyer must assign personnel to be present during the entire installation and commissioning process to ensure proper understanding and familiarity with the equipment.

Warranty Period & Scope:

Warranty Period: 12 months from the date the equipment is installed, commissioned, and accepted.

During the warranty period, GloryStar will provide timely maintenance service and spare parts necessary for maintenance free of charge. Excludes protective lenses, nozzles, filters, and other wear/consumable spare parts.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Failures or damages caused by improper operation or violation of operating procedures
  • Unauthorized modifications or disassembly by the buyer
  • Use of substandard gas (including incorrect pressure or purity)
